Tommy Hilfiger Assistant Store Manager role in Roermond, Netherlands. Lead store operations, teams, and customer experience at new Pop Up location.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead store teams to generate sales and profit while creating exceptional customer experiences and maintaining visual merchandising standards
  • Identify and communicate business growth opportunities, analyzing store performance metrics and developing improvement strategies
  • Maintain corporate visual merchandising directives; coordinate between VM teams and store operations
  • Partner with Store Manager to achieve company objectives and build business opportunities
  • Develop repeat customer relationships by ensuring staff deliver unparalleled, spirited service
  • Conduct daily and weekly store walkthroughs to evaluate product performance, pricing, service levels, and inventory
  • Communicate sales drivers and priorities to Store Manager; develop weekly visual presentation action plans and strategies to maximize business
  • Analyze store-level reports and create actionable performance improvement plans
  • Participate in recruitment, interviewing, and hiring processes; build diverse teams with broad perspectives and backgrounds
  • Collaborate with Store Manager to develop succession plans and bench strength for key positions
  • Participate in weekly management and staff meetings
  • Clearly communicate store and individual sales goals, performance expectations, and results to staff
  • Deliver exemplary customer journeys and achieve strong mystery shop results

  • Previous supervisory or specialist roles within a premium or luxury brand
  • Proven people management experience
