PVH seeks an Assistant Store Manager for Tommy Hilfiger's new pop-up store in Roermond, Netherlands. Lead retail operations and inspire teams in this full-time supervisory role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead store teams to generate sales and profit while minimizing losses and creating exceptional customer experiences
- Ensure the store is visually distinctive and impeccably maintained according to corporate standards
- Identify business growth opportunities and improvements through cross-functional collaboration
- Maintain corporate visual merchandising directives and standards for sales floor and back room
- Coordinate with the visual merchandising team to ensure clear communication and understanding
- Partner with store management team to build on business opportunities and achieve company objectives
- Focus staff on quality customer relationships and accountability in building repeat business through spirited service
- Complete daily and weekly store walkthroughs to evaluate product performance, pricing, staff service levels, and inventory
- Communicate store performance drivers and strategic priorities to the Store Manager, including weekly visual presentation action plans
- Analyze store-level reports and create data-driven action plans to improve results
- Assist with manpower planning, recruitment, interviewing, and hiring processes
- Build bench strength for key positions in collaboration with the Store Manager
- Participate in weekly management and staff meetings
- Communicate store and individual sales goals and performance expectations to staff
- Provide regular performance guidance and coaching to drive improvement
- Achieve exemplary mystery shop results and deliver an outstanding customer journey

- Previous supervisory or specialist experience within premium or luxury retail brands
- Proven people management experience with the ability to resolve conflict constructively
