Role & Responsibilities
- Lead store teams to generate sales and profit while minimizing losses and creating exceptional customer experiences with impeccable store visual presentation
- Identify opportunities to grow the business and improve performance through cross-functional collaboration
- Maintain and enforce corporate visual merchandising directives and standards for both sales floor and back room operations
- Coordinate with the visual merchandising team to ensure clear communication and alignment between VM strategy and store execution
- Partner with store management to develop and execute business strategies aligned with company objectives
- Cultivate a culture of quality customer relationships and accountability; build repeat customer base through exemplary service delivery
- Conduct daily and weekly store walkthroughs to evaluate product performance, pricing, staff service levels, and inventory management
- Communicate sales drivers, issues, and priorities to the Store Manager; develop weekly visual presentation action plans
- Analyze store-level reports and create data-driven action plans to improve business results
- Support manpower planning, recruitment, interviewing, and hiring; recruit diverse talent with varied perspectives and backgrounds
- Work with Store Manager to develop succession planning for key positions
- Participate in weekly management and staff meetings
- Clearly communicate store and individual sales goals, performance expectations, and results to staff; provide constructive guidance for improvement
- Deliver exemplary customer journeys and achieve strong mystery shop results
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of progressive retail experience
- Minimum 2 years of store management experience in service or retail industry
- Effective communication skills with ability to build strong relationships
- Team player who recognizes and celebrates contributions and achievements of others
- Ability to give constructive feedback that promotes positive behavioral change
- Strong people management and conflict resolution skills

Experience
Minimum 4 years of progressive retail experience with a minimum of 2 years in a store management role within service or retail sectors. Proven track record of leading retail teams to achieve sales targets, maintain operational standards, and deliver superior customer experiences.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; retail management certification or equivalent practical experience preferred.
