PVH seeks a full-time Assistant Store Manager for the Tommy Hilfiger store at Watertown Brand Outlet in Perth, Western Australia. The role requires previous supervisory or management experience in retail apparel, with demonstrated expertise in achieving KPIs including sales, wage budgets, conversion rates, and shrinkage targets. The successful candidate will lead and develop a retail team, manage stock and visual merchandising, and identify growth opportunities within the store.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a retail team, including recruitment, mentoring, and performance management
• Achieve and exceed KPI targets including sales budgets, units per transaction (UPT), conversion rates, average transaction value, and shrinkage
• Oversee stock management and maintain impeccable visual merchandising standards
• Monitor and manage wage budgets to ensure operational efficiency
• Conduct mystery shop evaluations and implement corrective actions
• Identify and execute growth opportunities to maximize store profitability
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Maintain highest standards of personal presentation and grooming as a brand ambassador

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or management experience in retail apparel or customer service
• Demonstrated ability to achieve and manage KPI targets (sales, budgets, conversion rates, shrinkage)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong people management capabilities with recruitment and mentoring experience
• Proficiency in stock management and visual merchandising
• Detail-oriented with meticulous organizational abilities
• Entrepreneurial mindset with commercial acumen

Previous supervisory and/or management experience in the retail apparel or customer service industry is required, with proven track record in achieving sales and operational KPIs.
