PVH seeks an Assistant Store Manager for Tommy Hilfiger Outlet in Metzingen, Germany. Full-time retail management position in a premium fashion brand.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support and deputize the Store Manager in all store operations
- Serve as a brand ambassador for Tommy Hilfiger, representing the premium lifestyle positioning
- Motivate, develop, and mentor team members with focus on succession planning and new employee onboarding
- Oversee all store-operational tasks and ensure efficient workflow
- Manage omni-channel retail systems and processes
- Build and maintain relationships with loyal and new customers
- Implement efficient inventory management and active merchandising floor control
- Coordinate with Retail Operations, Retail Buying, and Visual Merchandising departments
Qualifications
- Relevant experience in textile retail or fashion retail management
- Motivating and self-assured personality with strong social competence
- Team player with hands-on mentality
- Analytical skills for KPI evaluation and performance metrics
- Strong sales acumen and exceptional organizational ability
- Proficiency in English and PC/computer systems

Experience
Established background in textile or fashion retail, ideally with supervisory or assistant management experience in a branded outlet or premium retail environment.
Education
Secondary education minimum; formal retail management training or certifications in retail management preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Metzingen, Baden-Württemberg, Germany, with easy access to Stuttgart.
