Role & Responsibilities
- Lead store teams to generate sales, profit, minimize losses, and deliver exceptional customer experiences while maintaining impeccable visual presentation and store standards

- Participate in manpower planning, recruitment interviewing, and hiring processes; build diverse teams with varied perspectives
- Develop bench strength for key positions in collaboration with Store Manager, including succession planning
- Participate in weekly management meetings and other staff forums
- Clearly communicate store and individual sales goals, performance expectations, and improvement guidance to staff
- Deliver exceptional customer journeys and achieve exemplary mystery shop results
Qualifications
- Minimum four years of progressive retail experience
- Minimum two years of store management experience in the service or retail industry
