Role & Responsibilities
- Lead store teams to generate sales, maximize profit, minimize losses, and deliver exceptional customer experiences while maintaining visual distinctiveness and immaculate store standards
- Identify opportunities to enhance business performance through collaborative strategy development with the store management team
- Maintain and enforce corporate visual merchandising directives and standards across sales floor and back-of-house areas
- Coordinate with visual merchandising teams to ensure alignment and clear communication between VM strategies and store-level execution
- Conduct daily and weekly store walkthroughs to evaluate product performance, pricing, staff service levels, and inventory status
- Communicate performance insights and priorities to the Store Manager, developing strategies to maximize business results and creating weekly visual presentation action plans
- Analyze store-level reports and develop actionable improvement plans to enhance financial and operational results
- Participate in manpower planning, staff recruitment, interviewing, and hiring; build a diverse team with varied perspectives and experiences
- Mentor staff and develop bench strength for key positions, including identifying and preparing successor candidates
- Attend weekly management meetings and staff briefings to align on objectives and performance expectations
- Communicate store and individual sales goals, performance targets, and improvement guidance to team members
- Ensure consistent, exemplary customer journeys and achieve high mystery shopper evaluation scores
- Foster accountability among staff for building repeat customer relationships through exceptional service delivery
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of progressive retail experience
- Minimum 2 years of store management experience in service or retail environments
- Effective communication skills with the ability to build relationships effortlessly
