Role & Responsibilities
- Lead store teams to generate sales and profit whilst minimizing losses and creating an exceptional customer experience
- Maintain visual merchandising directives and corporate standards for sales floor and back room
- Conduct daily and weekly store walkthroughs to evaluate product performance, pricing, staff service levels and inventory
- Analyze store-level reports and develop action plans to improve results and drive business performance
- Collaborate with visual merchandising teams to ensure clear communication and alignment between VM and store operations
- Partner with store management to identify business opportunities and achieve company objectives and standards
- Focus staff on quality customer relationships and building repeat customer base through spirited, unparalleled service
- Communicate sales drivers and priorities to Store Manager weekly; develop strategies to maximize business
- Participate in manpower planning, recruitment, interviewing and hiring of store personnel
- Support Store Manager in building bench strength and identifying successors for key positions
- Participate in weekly management and staff meetings
- Clearly communicate store and individual sales goals, performance expectations and results to staff
- Ensure exemplary mystery shop results and positive customer journey delivery

- Previous track record in supervisory or specialist roles within premium or luxury brands
- Proven people management experience
