Tommy Hilfiger seeks an Assistant Store Manager in Las Vegas, NV to lead store operations, drive sales performance, and mentor retail associates.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead store operations including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and day-to-day performance metrics
- Execute business strategies and drive daily sales goals while maintaining top-notch customer service standards
- Coach, mentor and support retail associates to foster a motivating and inclusive team environment
- Manage customer interactions with warmth and expertise, inspiring sales and building brand loyalty
- Process new inventory, restock shelves, cashier transactions, and perform additional floor duties as needed
- Promote brand campaigns, product launches, and Tommy Hilfiger brand vision to customers
- Resolve operational issues proactively and ensure smooth daily store functioning
- Maintain brand standards and act as key holder with responsibility for store security and procedures
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a retail Assistant Manager or similar leadership role with key holder responsibilities
- Strong leadership presence with ability to lead by example and manage through challenges
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Friendly, engaging demeanor with customer service expertise
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach and squat for prolonged periods
- Capacity to carry up to 20 pounds regularly

Experience
Previous retail management experience, preferably as an Assistant Manager or in a comparable leadership position with key holder responsibilities and operational oversight.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail, business, or leadership education is advantageous.
