Tommy Hilfiger seeks Assistant Store Manager in La Baule, France for full-time CDI role managing retail operations and team leadership.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome and engage customers while providing real-time coaching to the sales team to enhance service delivery and product knowledge
  • Develop comprehensive product knowledge and stay current with promotional offerings to articulate value propositions and strengthen customer loyalty
  • Partner with the Store Manager to uphold service standards and brand image consistency across all customer interactions
  • Execute merchandising strategies and leverage sales indicators to guide on-the-ground decision-making and optimize store performance
  • Oversee inventory procedures, conduct regular stock audits, and implement loss prevention protocols to protect company assets
  • Create scheduling aligned with operational needs while monitoring expenses, labor costs, and stock levels to ensure fiscal responsibility
  • Participate in talent recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning while contributing to performance management decisions
  • Coach, mentor, and recognize team members to foster professional development and sustained performance excellence
