Tommy Hilfiger is hiring a full-time Assistant Store Manager for its Jindalee DFO team in Queensland. The role involves leading and developing the team, achieving store KPIs, managing stock and visual merchandising, and identifying growth opportunities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve key performance indicators, including sales and wage budgets, units per transaction (UPT), conversion rate, average transaction value, shrinkage and mystery shop results.
- Recruit, mentor and motivate the team.
- Manage stock and visual merchandising.
- Identify opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
- Previous supervisory and/or management experience in customer service or the retail apparel industry.
- Experience achieving key performance indicators, including sales and wage budgets, UPT, conversion rate, average transaction value, shrinkage and mystery shops.
- Excellent communication skills and extensive people-management skills, with the confidence to recruit, mentor and motivate a team.
- Strong attention to detail, with experience in stock management and visual merchandising.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to identify growth opportunities.
- A vibrant, energetic and authentic approach, with a positive attitude.
- Impeccable grooming and personal presentation.
