Tommy Hilfiger Assistant Store Manager

Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences by engaging warmly with shoppers, inspiring conversations that drive sales, and fostering brand affinity
• Lead store operations as a key holder, including opening and closing procedures, managing day-to-day performance metrics, and ensuring business objectives are met
• Coach, mentor, and motivate team members to maintain a high-functioning, inclusive work environment
• Process inventory, restock shelves, execute point-of-sale transactions, and manage administrative tasks on the sales floor
• Promote brand campaigns and product launches, ensuring consistent communication of the brand vision to customers
• Monitor and maintain brand standards across visual merchandising, store presentation, and customer interactions
• Resolve operational challenges proactively and support the Store Manager in driving overall store performance

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a retail Assistant Manager or in a comparable leadership role with key holder responsibilities
• Demonstrated expertise in customer service and ability to create memorable shopping experiences
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to lead by example and resolve issues proactively
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Physical capability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for extended periods; ability to carry up to 20 pounds
• Availability for flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Genuine passion for the Tommy Hilfiger brand, its values, and lifestyle positioning

Skills

Experience

Previous retail management experience, ideally in an assistant manager or equivalent leadership position with key holder and opening/closing responsibilities. Demonstrated success in managing team performance, achieving sales targets, and maintaining operational standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail management training or certification is advantageous but not required.
