Tommy Hilfiger is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead store operations, deliver an exceptional customer experience, drive daily sales and coach an inclusive, motivated team. The role includes key-holder responsibilities, opening and closing, sales-floor and inventory support, and a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays; it is full-time.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience through warm, helpful interactions that encourage conversation, inspire sales and build brand affinity.
- Lead store operations as key holder and leader on duty, including opening and closing, managing daily performance, coaching associates and supporting an exceptional store experience.
- Stay current on campaigns and product launches, and promote the brand vision to customers.
- Support sales-floor operations by processing new inventory, replenishing shelves and operating the cash register.
- Demonstrate pride, commitment and passion for the brand and its customers.
- Execute business strategies, drive daily sales goals and foster a motivating, inclusive team environment.
Qualifications
- Friendliness, strong organization and excellent time-management skills.
- Strong leadership presence, with the ability to lead by example, manage challenges, resolve issues proactively and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Energy and enthusiasm for the brand’s goals and values.
- Previous experience as a retail Assistant Manager or in a similar leadership role with key-holder responsibilities.
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach and squat for prolonged periods, and carry up to 20 pounds.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.
