Tommy Hilfiger seeks an Assistant Store Manager to lead store operations as key holder, deliver an exceptional customer experience, drive sales, coach associates, and support inventory and cashiering activities. The role is full-time and includes flexible scheduling with night, weekend, and holiday availability.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver a high-quality customer experience by making customer interactions warm and helpful, initiating conversations that inspire sales and build brand affinity.
  • Lead store operations as key holder and leader on duty, including opening and closing procedures, managing daily performance, coaching associates, and supporting an exceptional store experience.
  • Execute business strategies and drive daily sales goals while fostering a motivating and inclusive team environment.
  • Stay informed about new campaigns and product launches and communicate the brand vision to customers.
  • Work on the sales floor, processing new inventory, restocking shelves, cashiering, and performing related tasks.
  • Promote and uphold the brand’s standards, goals, and values, and demonstrate commitment and enthusiasm for the brand and its customers.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a retail Assistant Manager or in a similar leadership role with key holder responsibilities.
  • Friendliness, organization, and excellent time-management skills.
  • Strong leadership presence, with the ability to lead by example, manage challenges, resolve issues proactively, and ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Energy and enthusiasm for the brand’s goals and values.
  • Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods, and carry up to 20 pounds.
  • Availability for a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
