Role & Responsibilities
- Lead store operations including opening and closing procedures, managing day-to-day performance metrics, and coaching retail associates
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences by engaging customers warmly, sparking conversations that inspire sales, and building brand loyalty
- Execute business strategies and drive daily sales goals while maintaining operational standards
- Manage inventory processing, shelf restocking, cashiering, and point-of-sale operations
