Role & Responsibilities
- Lead store teams to generate sales and profit while minimizing losses and ensuring exceptional customer experience
- Maintain corporate visual merchandising directives and standards across sales floor and back-of-house areas
- Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to ensure clear communication and alignment between VM strategy and store operations
- Conduct daily and weekly store walkthroughs to evaluate product performance, pricing, service levels, and inventory accuracy
- Communicate sales drivers and operational issues to Store Manager to develop strategies that maximize business performance
- Analyze store-level reports and create actionable plans to improve results and performance metrics
- Assist with manpower planning, recruitment, interviewing, and hiring to build a diverse, capable team
- Work with Store Manager to develop bench strength for key positions and identify succession candidates
- Participate in weekly management and staff meetings
- Clearly communicate store and individual sales goals, key performance expectations, and guidance on performance improvement
- Provide exceptional customer service and achieve exemplary mystery shop results
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory or specialist experience within a premium or luxury retail brand
- Previous people management experience
- Demonstrated ability to connect with consumers and understand luxury brand values
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to inspire trust and cultivate a sense of belonging among team members
- Track record of making informed decisions and finding in-store solutions
