Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor the store team, including recruitment, training, and performance management
- Drive sales and achieve KPIs including sales targets, wage budgets, units per transaction (UPT), conversion rates, and average transaction value
- Monitor and manage inventory, shrinkage, and stock levels while maintaining visual merchandising excellence
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and brand presentation guidelines
- Conduct mystery shop evaluations and implement corrective actions as needed
- Identify growth opportunities and develop strategies to optimize store performance
- Manage customer service standards and resolve escalated customer inquiries
