Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the retail team to achieve sales targets and KPI metrics including UPT, conversion rate, average transaction value, and shrinkage targets
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, mentoring, and performance management of store staff
- Manage stock control, inventory accuracy, and visual merchandising standards in accordance with brand guidelines
- Monitor wage budgets and ensure cost-effective labour scheduling without compromising service levels
- Execute mystery shop programs and implement corrective actions based on results
- Identify and capitalize on sales growth opportunities and market trends
- Maintain impeccable personal presentation and ensure consistent brand representation across the team
- Support the Store Manager in daily operational management and strategic store initiatives
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory or management experience in customer service or retail apparel
- Demonstrated achievement of KPIs including sales targets, wage budgets, UPT, conversion rate, average transaction value, and shrinkage
- Strong people management capabilities with the ability to recruit, mentor, and motivate diverse teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced knowledge of stock management systems and visual merchandising principles
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify and execute growth opportunities
