Role & Responsibilities
- Execute business strategies and drive daily sales goals to meet store performance targets
- Lead and coach a retail team, fostering a motivating and inclusive store environment
- Manage opening and closing procedures, ensuring operational standards and security protocols
- Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging shoppers, inspiring brand affinity, and driving conversion

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Retail Assistant Manager or similar leadership role with key holder responsibilities
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate retail associates
- Strong customer service orientation and sales acumen
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical capability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods and lift up to 20 pounds regularly
Skills
Experience
Previous experience as a Retail Assistant Manager or in a comparable retail leadership position with responsibility for store operations, team management, and key holder duties.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; additional retail management training or certification is beneficial.
