Role & Responsibilities

- Lead store operations as a key holder, including opening and closing procedures, daily performance management, and associate coaching
- Execute business strategies and drive achievement of daily and periodic sales goals
- Manage team motivation, coaching, and development to maintain a high-functioning, inclusive work environment
- Promote brand vision and new campaigns, serving as a brand ambassador to customers
- Perform front-line retail duties including inventory processing, restocking, cashiering, and floor coverage as needed
- Resolve operational issues proactively and ensure smooth daily store functioning

- Support the Store Manager in executing corporate initiatives and driving an exceptional in-store experience
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a retail Assistant Manager or similar leadership role with key holder responsibilities
- Demonstrated ability to lead by example and manage through operational challenges
- Strong customer service orientation and passion for building customer relationships
- Proven sales acumen and ability to drive performance metrics
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods and carry up to 20 pounds regularly
