TOMMY HILFIGER is hiring an Assistant Store Manager in Allen, TX to lead retail operations, drive sales, and develop a high-performing team in a dynamic, iconic American lifestyle brand.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead store operations including opening and closing procedures, managing daily performance and ensuring smooth operational execution
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through warm, engaging interactions that inspire sales and foster brand loyalty
- Develop, coach, and motivate retail associates while maintaining performance standards and fostering an inclusive team environment
- Execute business strategies and drive daily sales goals while monitoring key performance metrics
- Process and restock new inventory, manage cashiering, and actively work the sales floor as needed
- Serve as brand ambassador by staying connected to campaigns, product launches, and brand vision
- Manage key holder responsibilities and lead operations during assigned shifts
- Proactively resolve operational issues and support the Store Manager in achieving store objectives
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience as a Retail Assistant Manager or in a similar leadership role with key holder responsibilities
- Demonstrated ability to lead by example, manage through challenges, and ensure smooth daily operations
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to inspire brand enthusiasm among customers and team members
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holiday availability
- Capability to walk, stand, bend, reach and squat for prolonged periods and carry up to 20 pounds

Experience
Previous experience as a retail Assistant Manager or similar leadership role with key holder responsibilities in a fast-paced retail environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; college education or retail management certification preferred.
