Role & Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Retail Assistant Manager or similar leadership role with key holder responsibilities
- Strong leadership presence with ability to lead by example and manage through operational challenges
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Friendly demeanor with demonstrated customer service excellence
- Physical ability to walk, stand, bend, reach and squat for prolonged periods and carry up to 20 pounds
- Availability for flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays

Previous retail leadership experience as an Assistant Manager or equivalent supervisory role managing a team and key holder responsibilities required.
