Role & Responsibilities
- Lead store operations including opening and closing procedures, inventory processing, and cash handling

- Demonstrated organizational and time-management skills
- Physical capability to walk, stand, bend, reach and squat for prolonged periods and carry up to 20 pounds

Previous retail management experience, preferably as an Assistant Manager or in a similar supervisory capacity with responsibility for store operations, team leadership, and key holder duties.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail management training or certifications are a plus.
