Tom Ford Senior Visual Merchandising Executive – London maternity cover role, managing EMEA Travel Retail projects. 12-month contract.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of visual merchandising projects across Travel Retail EMEA, ensuring on-time, on-budget execution aligned with brand standards
- Manage new store openings, renovations, campaign launches, pop-ups, and promotional activations in partnership with Store Design, Brand Teams, and retail partners
- Oversee project budgets, supplier management, production, logistics, installation, and asset delivery
- Plan and deliver campaign collateral, lightboxes, planograms, and VM updates across the region
- Maintain VM calendars, databases, and asset compliance records with accurate inventory management
- Build and sustain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers, installers, and external agencies
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and drive continuous process improvements and in-store execution enhancements
- Present project updates to stakeholders and support VM training, workshops, and Go-to-Market meetings
- Coach and support junior team members while fostering collaboration and maintaining high execution standards
Qualifications
- Proven experience in visual merchandising within beauty, fragrance, luxury, or premium retail sectors
- Strong project management capabilities with ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Commercial acumen with demonstrated experience managing budgets, suppliers, and external partners
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail
- Passion for premium retail execution and brand presentation standards
- Willingness to travel across the EMEA region as required
