Role & Responsibilities
- Apply makeup artistry techniques to create personalized looks and deliver consultations that educate and delight customers
- Deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service in a fast-paced retail environment
- Collaborate with team members to execute in-store events and brand activations that create measurable impact
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising throughout the sales floor to differentiate the brand against competitors
- Operate retail point-of-sale software and process transactions accurately
- Work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events as required
Qualifications
