Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver welcoming, personalized, and inspirational customer service across all customer touchpoints
- Provide professional makeup consultation and application services that educate and delight customers
- Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining the highest customer satisfaction standards
- Collaborate with store colleagues to ensure adherence to visual merchandising and company standards
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems accurately and efficiently
- Work flexibly across retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events
Qualifications
