As a Makeup Artist for Tom Ford Beauty, this role combines creative expertise and technical proficiency to deliver inspirational, personalized in-store experiences that educate and delight customers. The position requires collaboration within a high-performing team to execute in-store events, maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards, and drive sales in a prestige beauty environment. While makeup artistry certification or prior retail makeup experience is preferred, the brand welcomes candidates with strong creative and technical aptitude who demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and adaptability in a fast-paced retail setting.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized makeup consultations and applications tailored to individual customer preferences and skin tones
- Execute in-store events and promotional activities to build brand engagement and drive sales performance
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure store displays reflect brand prestige and aesthetic
- Provide authentic, inspirational customer service that educates clients on product benefits and application techniques
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems accurately and efficiently
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store performance targets and support a high-performing retail culture
Qualifications
- Makeup artistry certification or previous retail makeup experience (preferred but not required)
- Demonstrated high-level creative and technical expertise in makeup application
- Ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service consistently
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software systems
- Willingness to work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events
- Legal right to live and work in Mexico with ability to provide proof of work authorization

Experience
While formal makeup artistry certification or previous retail makeup experience is preferred, the brand welcomes applicants with amateur-level experience who can demonstrate exceptional creative and technical ability and a strong passion for beauty and customer engagement.
