Tom Ford seeks a Makeup Artist for a temporary, full-time role at IOI City Mall in Selangor. The role combines creative and technical makeup artistry with personalised customer service, in-store events and visual merchandising, with makeup artistry certification or retail makeup experience preferred and amateur-level experience considered.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a welcoming, inspirational and personalised in-store customer experience that educates and delights customers.
- Use creative and technical makeup expertise to serve customers.
- Contribute to a high-performing team and create impact through in-store events.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards that help the store stand out from competitors.
Qualifications
- A makeup artistry qualification or previous retail makeup experience is preferred; applicants with amateur-level experience are also welcome if they can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalised customer service.
- Availability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events, in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Ability to provide proof of the right to live and work in Malaysia if invited to interview.

Previous retail makeup experience is preferred; amateur-level experience is also accepted.
Education
A qualification in makeup artistry is preferred.
