Role & Responsibilities
- Apply makeup and provide personalized beauty consultations to customers
- Educate customers on product benefits, application techniques, and beauty trends
- Participate in and execute in-store events and promotional activities
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store environment reflects brand excellence
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems and complete transactions
- Work collaboratively as part of a high-performing sales team to achieve store targets
Qualifications
- Certification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience (preferred but not required)
- Demonstrated high level of creative and technical expertise
