Role & Responsibilities

• Provide expertly executed makeup consultations, applications, and personalized beauty recommendations tailored to individual customer needs and preferences
• Deliver inspirational and authentic in-store experiences that educate customers about Tom Ford cosmetics and build lasting brand loyalty
• Collaborate with team members to design and execute compelling in-store events and product launches that drive engagement and sales
• Maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards throughout the beauty counter to ensure maximum impact and aesthetic appeal
• Operate retail point-of-sale systems efficiently and accurately during transactions and customer interactions
• Demonstrate high-level creative and technical expertise whilst working flexibly across retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events

Qualifications

• Proven creative and technical expertise in makeup application, demonstrated through formal qualification in makeup artistry or professional retail makeup experience (or amateur-level experience with demonstrable skill)
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service consistently
• Capability to work retail hours flexibly, including days, evenings, weekends, and special event schedules within a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software systems
• Right to live and work in the United Kingdom (proof required upon interview invitation)

Skills

Experience

Formal qualification in makeup artistry or previous experience working in a retail beauty environment is preferred. Candidates with amateur-level makeup experience who can demonstrate genuine creative and technical capability are also encouraged to apply. Retail customer-facing experience is advantageous.

Education

Qualification in makeup artistry or equivalent beauty/cosmetics training is desirable but not mandatory.
