Tom Ford seeks a Makeup Artist in Mexico City to deliver expert beauty consultations and in-store experiences with creative expertise and customer passion.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide expert makeup application services and personalized beauty consultations to customers
- Create inspirational and authentic in-store experiences through makeup demonstrations and beauty education
- Collaborate with team members to execute in-store events and promotional activities
- Maintain and exceed visual merchandising standards to differentiate the store competitively
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems accurately and efficiently
- Work flexibly across retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events
Qualifications
- Makeup artistry certification or previous retail makeup experience preferred; amateur-level experience with demonstrated creative and technical expertise also considered
- Proven ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Capacity to work retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with retail point-of-sale software
- Proof of legal right to live and work in Mexico
Skills
Experience
Amateur or professional-level makeup application experience; retail beauty or customer-facing service background is advantageous but not required for motivated candidates with strong technical aptitude.
Education
