The Makeup Artist delivers personalized, inspirational customer experiences, supports in-store events and maintains visual merchandising standards at Tom Ford’s Chadstone boutique. This is a part-time role with training and development and a benefits package.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights customers, applying creative and technical makeup expertise.
- Contribute to a high-performing team and create impact through in-store events.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards that help the store stand out from competitors.
Qualifications
- A qualification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience is preferred; applicants with amateur-level experience are welcome if they demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Availability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events, in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Proof of the right to live and work in the country must be provided if invited to interview.
