Role & Responsibilities
- Provide expert makeup artistry and personalized consultation to customers in-store
- Execute makeup applications using professional techniques and Tom Ford product expertise
- Deliver inspirational and authentic customer service that educates and delights
- Participate in high-impact in-store events and product launches
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to support competitive store presentation
- Operate retail point-of-sale software and process transactions
- Work collaboratively within a high-performing sales team
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to store performance goals
Qualifications
- Qualification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience (preferred)
- Demonstrated high level of creative and technical makeup expertise

- Experience with retail point-of-sale software systems
