Tom Ford seeks a Makeup and Fragrance Specialist to deliver personalized beauty experiences, support in-store events and uphold visual merchandising standards. Full-time, regular role with a four-day schedule.
Role & Responsibilities
- Combine creative and technical expertise with a passion for people to deliver a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights customers.
- Contribute to a high-performing team and create impact through in-store events.
- Ensure the store meets visual merchandising standards and stands out from competitors.
Qualifications
- A qualification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience is preferred; applicants with amateur-level experience are welcome if they can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events, in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Proof of the right to live and work in Ireland must be provided if invited to interview.
