Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized, inspirational beauty consultations and makeover services that educate and delight customers
- Execute technical makeup application with creative expertise to meet diverse client preferences and skin tones
- Collaborate with store team members to conceptualize and deliver impactful in-store events and promotional activations
- Maintain elevated visual merchandising standards across the beauty counters and store environment to ensure competitive market positioning
- Operate retail point-of-sale software and complete transactional processes accurately and efficiently
