Role & Responsibilities

• Apply creative and technical make-up expertise to provide personalized consultations and makeovers that educate customers on Tom Ford Beauty products
• Deliver inspirational, authentic customer service that reflects the premium positioning and values of the brand
• Collaborate with the sales team to execute in-store events and promotional activations that drive engagement and sales
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and point-of-sale presentation to ensure the store stands out competitively
• Operate retail point-of-sale software accurately and efficiently during transactions and inventory management
• Work collaboratively as part of a high-performing store team to achieve sales targets and operational excellence

Qualifications

• Certification in make-up artistry or demonstrable retail make-up experience (preferred but not required)
• Amateur-level creative and technical expertise in make-up application
• Proven ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
• Flexibility to work retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events in a dynamic environment
• Familiarity with or ability to quickly learn retail point-of-sale software systems
• Right to live and work in South Africa (proof required if selected for interview)

Skills

Experience

While certification in make-up artistry or previous retail make-up experience is preferred, the employer welcomes applicants with amateur-level experience who can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Education

Make-up artistry certification or equivalent training is desirable but not required.
