Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor sales team members, modelling behaviours that demonstrate inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the boutique
- Conduct cash reconciliation and cash handling procedures at the start and end of shifts
- Open and close the store on a rotational basis in accordance with the assigned schedule
- Drive achievement of sales and customer service targets through coaching and team leadership
- Maintain retail operations standards and assist with point-of-sale system management
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
- Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events
- Right to live and work in the United States

Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics. Previous retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and opening and closing the store is desirable.
