Tom Ford is seeking a Fragrance Specialist at Luton Airport for a 36-hour full-time role. The specialist delivers personalized customer experiences, supports in-store events and visual merchandising, and brings creative and technical expertise to customer service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights customers.
- Use creative and technical expertise and a passion for people to serve customers.
- Work as part of a high-performing team to create impact through in-store events.
- Maintain high visual merchandising standards so the store stands out from competitors.
Qualifications
- A make-up artistry qualification or previous retail make-up experience is preferred; applicants with amateur-level experience are welcome if they can demonstrate strong creative and technical expertise.
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Availability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events, in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Ability to provide proof of the right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.
