The Fragrance Specialist provides personalized in-store customer experiences, supports events and maintains visual merchandising standards at Tom Ford’s Heathrow Airport Terminal 5 location. This part-time role is 18 hours per week.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store customer experience that educates and delights customers.
- Create impact through in-store events as part of a high-performing team.
- Maintain high visual merchandising standards to help the store stand out from competitors.
Qualifications
- A make-up artistry qualification or previous retail make-up experience is preferred; applicants with amateur-level experience are welcome if they can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
- Demonstrate the ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events, in a fast-paced work environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Provide proof of the right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.
