Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized fragrance consultations and scent education to customers, tailoring recommendations to individual preferences and occasions
- Execute fragrance demonstrations and promotional activities to drive product awareness and sales
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and product displays to reflect Tom Ford's luxury aesthetic
- Collaborate with team members to deliver cohesive in-store events and campaigns
