Tom Ford is hiring a Fragrance Specialist to represent premium beauty brands across multiple Budapest-area stores, supporting sales through product demonstrations, short training sessions, and visual merchandising. The role requires regular partner-store visits, including one or two trips to stores outside Budapest per month, and offers a full-time regular position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Visit partner stores regularly and liaise with store colleagues, including visiting stores outside Budapest once or twice per month.
- Deliver product demonstrations and short training sessions.
- Actively support sales.
- Carry out visual merchandising tasks, including refreshing shelf displays, keeping counters clean, and checking and maintaining tester condition.
- Prepare reports and feedback for regional managers and the marketing team.
Qualifications
- Secondary education; a beauty-industry qualification is an advantage.
- 1–2 years of experience in consulting or sales.
- Passion for beauty products.
- Flexibility regarding working hours and locations.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
