The Fragrance Specialist combines fragrance expertise and a passion for people to deliver personalized customer experiences, support in-store events and uphold visual merchandising standards. Previous fragrance and beauty retail experience is preferred, but amateur-level experience is also welcomed. The role is part-time.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights customers.
- Contribute to a high-performing team and create impact through in-store events.
- Ensure the store consistently meets high visual merchandising standards and stands out from competitors.
Qualifications
- Previous fragrance and beauty retail experience is preferred, though applicants with amateur-level experience are welcome if they can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Availability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events, in a fast-paced work environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Ability to provide proof of the right to live and work in Ireland if invited to interview.
