Tom Ford is seeking a Fragrance Specialist for its travel retail team at Heathrow Airport Terminal 5. The full-time role is 36 hours and focuses on personalized customer service, in-store events and visual merchandising.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store customer experience that educates and delights customers.
- Use creative and technical expertise and a passion for people to support customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the team to create impact through in-store events.
- Ensure the store meets high visual merchandising standards and stands out against competitors.
Qualifications
- A make-up artistry qualification or previous retail make-up experience is preferred; applicants with amateur-level experience are also welcome if they can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events, in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Proof of the right to live and work in the country must be provided if invited to interview.
