Role & Responsibilities

• Provide expert fragrance and makeup consultations, combining creative artistry with technical product knowledge to deliver personalized customer experiences
• Conduct makeup applications and fragrance consultations that educate, inspire, and delight customers in a prestige beauty context
• Collaborate with team members to execute in-store events and promotional campaigns that drive engagement and sales impact
• Maintain visual merchandising standards across the Tom Ford counter, ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics and competitive differentiation
• Operate retail point-of-sale systems efficiently whilst processing transactions and managing customer data
• Demonstrate flexibility across all retail hours, including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and special event coverage
• Build and maintain client relationships through authentic, personalized service interactions that reflect the prestige beauty sector

Qualifications

• Certification in makeup artistry or proven professional experience in prestige beauty retail (preferred)
• Demonstrated high-level creative and technical expertise in makeup application and fragrance knowledge
• Proven ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service in a retail environment
• Capability to work flexibly across all retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and special events
• Experience with retail point-of-sale software systems
• Right to work and reside in Ireland (proof required at interview stage)
• Full flexibility across a seven-day retail week

Skills

Experience

While certification in makeup artistry or previous prestige beauty retail experience is highly desirable, the employer welcomes applicants with amateur-level experience who can demonstrate strong creative and technical expertise combined with exceptional interpersonal and sales acumen.

Education

Formal certification in makeup artistry or accredited beauty education is preferred but not mandatory; candidates with amateur-level expertise and self-taught technical proficiency are encouraged to apply if they can demonstrate equivalent creative and commercial capability.
