Tom Ford seeks a Fragrance Specialist for a part-time, 24-hour-per-week role at Heathrow Airport Terminal 2. The specialist delivers personalized customer experiences, supports in-store events and visual merchandising, and works retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights customers.
- Work with the team to create impact through in-store events.
- Ensure the store meets visual merchandising standards and stands out from competitors.
Qualifications
- A make-up artistry qualification or previous retail make-up experience is preferred; applicants with amateur-level experience are welcome if they can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Must be able to provide proof of the right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.
