Tom Ford is seeking a Fragrance Advisor in Durban to deliver personalized in-store customer experiences, contribute to events and uphold visual merchandising standards. Make-up artistry qualifications or retail make-up experience are preferred, with amateur experience welcomed for candidates demonstrating strong creative and technical expertise. Full-time regular role, 108 hours.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights customers.
- Use creative and technical expertise in make-up artistry to serve customers.
- Contribute to in-store events as part of a high-performing team.
- Ensure the store meets visual merchandising standards and stands out from competitors.
Qualifications
- A qualification in make-up artistry or previous retail make-up experience is preferred; applicants with amateur-level experience are welcome if they can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Availability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events, in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Proof of the right to live and work in South Africa must be provided if invited to interview.
