Role & Responsibilities
- Propose and develop experiential retail design aligned with Global Brand vision across all store formats, outposts, pop-ups, retail installations, and beauty windows
- Create evergreen and bespoke experiences and services for in-store and at-outpost retail events, consumer engagement touchpoints, and HTSM gifting initiatives
- Oversee consumer journey mapping for all new store locations, retail events, and outposts
- Identify and evaluate applications of emerging digital technologies to enhance and optimize consumer experience
- Ensure customer experience continuity and consistency across all channels and retail formats
- Provide creative oversight and develop comprehensive guidelines for all scales of beauty PR and retail events, balancing evergreen and bespoke design approaches
- Maintain and uphold Global Brand vision at consistent excellence standards whilst addressing regional parameters, market dynamics, and concerns
- Coordinate with visual merchandising, store design, marketing, and PR teams to ensure cohesive brand design identity across all experiential formats
- Actively participate in strategic meetings and assume decision-making responsibilities across cross-functional initiatives
- Manage high-volume workload, prioritize competing project requirements, and deliver multiple projects simultaneously with timeliness and efficiency
- Facilitate clear communication, knowledge transfer, and strategic alignment with regional teams to build collaborative and efficient processes
- Collaborate with Global Communications, Consumer Engagement, and Education functions to conceptualize innovative, best-in-class events tailored for press, consumer, and internal audiences
- Cascade event guidelines and best practices to key stakeholders in timely and clear manner
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 10–12 years of professional experience in experiential design, retail design, or brand experience development
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience
- Advanced proficiency in 3D design software (Rhino preferred) and 2D design tools (Vectorworks or AutoCAD)
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop
- Demonstrated expertise in design fundamentals including lighting, sound, video, photography, and social media applications
- Ability to conceptualize and visualize ideas through mood boards, hand sketches, renderings, photorealistic comps, and digital presentations
- Knowledge of materials, fabrication methods, and installation techniques for retail fixtures and construction
- Demonstrated excellence in design vision, execution standards, and taste level
- Proven ability to detail fixtures in realistic and executable fashion
- Strong command of retail trends, contemporary retail environments, and experiential design best practices
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to articulate creative vision, execution strategy, and tactical considerations across disciplines
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities
- Flexibility and adaptability to shifting priorities, design revisions, and evolving market conditions

Experience

Bachelor's degree required; major or concentration in graphic design, interior design, architecture, visual arts, marketing, or related creative discipline is preferred.
