Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team of Beauty Advisors in luxury fragrance sales
- Create and execute agile business plans for strategic customer targeting and retention
- Set and monitor sales targets, customer service standards, and sales analysis
- Establish and implement staff scheduling and performance management
- Conceptualize and execute impactful in-store promotional events and activations
- Manage customer relationship strategies and drive luxury clientele engagement
- Maintain current knowledge of fragrance trends and brand product portfolio
- Maintain operational flexibility including evening, weekend, and special event coverage
Qualifications
- Proven leadership and coaching experience in a fast-paced retail or beauty environment
- Demonstrated business planning expertise including sales target setting and staff scheduling
- Passionate knowledge of fragrance and current beauty industry trends
- Background in luxury beauty and/or hospitality preferred
- Ability to inspire and lead high-performing creative sales teams
- Experience creating and executing in-store events
- Fluency in Dutch and English
