Tom Ford is hiring a Counter Manager for a temporary, full-time role at Palacio de Hierro Santa Fe in Mexico City. The role supports the point-of-sale opening, leads and develops the team, drives sales and customer service, oversees KPIs and visual merchandising, and ensures operational and regulatory compliance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure all customer service initiatives are implemented and resolve any issues promptly.
- Monitor the performance of the entire point-of-sale team.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure best-in-class execution of digital campaigns.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and drive the commercial plan to generate strong sales growth.
- Track and report on KPIs, establishing action plans to achieve targets.
- Support the selection, training, management, and motivation of the team, fostering a proactive attitude and positive working environment.
- Represent the brand as an ambassador.
- Train and manage the team to develop each person’s skills and competencies, helping them achieve individual and point-of-sale objectives.
- Identify strategic partnerships with other businesses and maximize promotional tools.

- Ensure the point of sale operates correctly and complies with all applicable regulations.

Qualifications
- At least 2–3 years of leadership experience, including leading teams and adding value to the brand.
- Proactive and results-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Practical approach, able to identify and implement solutions, propose ideas, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Genuine understanding of the brand’s values.
- Knowledge of and/or interest in the cosmetics industry.
- Intermediate to advanced Spanish and English.
- Previous experience in cosmetics or fragrances is valued.
