Estée Lauder Companies seeks an ambitious Counter Manager for the Tom Ford beauty counter at Brown Thomas Dundrum in Dublin. The successful candidate will lead and coach a team of Sales Associates to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets while executing strategic business plans, orchestrating in-store events, and driving exceptional customer relationship management in a dynamic luxury retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Associates to achieve all sales, customer service, and operational targets
- Create and execute agile business plans focused on customer acquisition and retention through strategic targeting and in-store activations
- Drive exceptional customer relationship management and point-of-sale performance
- Orchestrate and manage in-store events and promotional initiatives
- Manage team recruitment, training, and performance accountability
- Develop and execute financial plans; manage counter resources and budgets

Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience with demonstrated team leadership capability
